College Management

The College Management were highly competitive in terms of educational management and appointed by the Ministry of Manpower. It is governed at the most senior level by a Board of Trustees and Councils. The Board will be responsible for setting up the strategies and policies of the colleges.

The Board of Trustees comprises eleven members, It will be chaired by the Minister and comprises the membership . The Dean were the chief executive of the college and oversee the Quality Assurance (QA).

The Board is authorized tto seek tthe assistance of any specialists or experts and invite them to its meetings wiithout granting them the rright to vote.

The Board of Trustees will meet at least four times a year, or as deemed necessary upon invitation from the Chairman. Its meetings will be legal if attended by a majority of its members. The decisions will be valid if supported by a majority of votes. In case of tied vote, the chairman's side will have the casting vote.

The College Council will meet upon invitation from the Chairman, at least once a month or whenever deemed necessary. The meeting will be legal if attended by a majority of its members. In case of tied vote, the chairman's side will have the casting vote.

The Dean is authorized, in case of necessity, and after referring to the council, to invite whosoever deemed necessary, to attend the meetings of the council for consultation, without granting him/her the right to vote.

The Chairman of the Council will appoint one of the members of the council as a coordinator (secretatary), to prepare the meetings' agenda and follow up the implementation of the council decisions.
