On-the-Job Training Department

Once the students become eligible for various level of training, then the student affairs department informs the students through the concerned department. The student affairs department also maintains strong linkages with industry in Dhahira region in particular and all across the Sultanate of Oman in general. These linkages would help the future students to find proper placement for training as well as future employment.

The college also plans to have career expos so as to provide a platform to both industry and our graduates to interact on a common platform. This would lead to increase in knowledge of students with regards to employment.

The college also proposes to have Job Center with in the student affairs department, to disseminate any job related information among the concerned students. The college also intends to maintain strong connection with graduate students.

The college career guidance cell to design a survey form to be distributed among the graduate students to collect information related to them and also to have their free and frank assessment about the method and process being followed by Student Affairs. In every graduation ceremony the college shall collect the graduate student survey form filled by the graduate students. This survey form is then analyzed to check the effectiveness of college career guidance services.

After analysis, future improvement plans are made and then implemented.
