One Person; Two Perspectives: An Auto Ethnographic Reflection on Teacher Evaluation
Abstract

I have juggled between roles as the evaluator and the evaluated in my career. I have also researched the evaluation of experienced teachers, driven by my misgivings about how I was being evaluated and how I was asked to evaluate others. This session acts as an autoethnographic reflection of my lived experiences in both roles and how they match my own and others' research findings.
