Records and documents: recording of all incoming and outgoing documents to college records.

Warehousing: Providing various supplies, organizing consumables and assets stores, receiving purchased materials, record all stores operations on the store records, participate in screening purchases, participating in sudden inverntory of the different types of stores, offices workshops and laboratories and participate in auctions.

Transportation: manage transportation, movement to and from the college and distribution of task to drivers, fuel management and maintenance of automobiles.

Maintenance: take care of electrical connections, air conditioning, gardening, cleaning, maintenance of elevators and fire system.

Contracts: analysis and modification of contracts and supervise the contractors and manage accommodations and hotel booking.

College Restaurant: oversight of the company's services provider's foods and ensure compliance regimes and health laws.

Clinic: provision of primary health care services for students and staff.
