His current role is Superintendent – Professional & Organizational Development at Suhar Aluminium. He is the founding partner of Ascent Management Consulting. During his career, he worked as an HR Strategy Expert in the Ministry of Labour, and a Team Leader of Competency Assurance & Assessment at OQ. He holds an MBA from the University of Bedfordshire (UK) and a BA in Translation from Sultan Qaboos University.
