Mr Hamood Al Rashdi – Skill Pool Manager at PDO

Mr Hamood is an HR professional with more than 10 years of experience in various HR fields ranging from recruitment, talent management, learning and development to the Graduate Development Programme within the Oil and Gas sector. His current role is Skill Pool Manager at PDO. He holds BSc in Management from Sultan Qaboos University, and an MSc in Management from the University of Stirling, backed with HR professional certification (CIPD level 3 and 5) from the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development. He is passionate about future foresight and scenario planning, which was translated into contribution during his career in PDO through the Future of Work Project 2030. He is also a certified foundation executive coach by the Association of Coaching (AC), and embarking on continues learning and development in Change Management fundamentals.
