TES is a Professional Development Program which stands for three words: Teaching English Strategies. It is a unique (local) gathering event in the ELC, IBRICT to unleash new ideas, inspire, inform, and share with other practitioners, ELT lecturers regionally and internationally. The theme is “21st Teaching and Learning Strategies in the ELT Classrooms”. Its fundamental goals are to familiarize ELT teachers to speakers with innovative teaching strategies and to inspire the audience to host TES talk in their respective universities, colleges, and schools. The audience are ELC Lecturers, Applied Science College Lecturers, Medical Sciences College Lecturers, English Teachers of Private Schools and Government English Teachers. The time allotted for each speaker is 15 minutes. It is long enough to be serious and short enough to hold the audience’s attention.
