Unlearn Online Learning

The Staff Development Committee of the Business Studies Department organized an online session titled “Unlearn Online Learning” on Thursday, 3rd February 2022 from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm. The session staterd with a welcoming address by Ms. Mitchelle Mendoza. Then, the speaker, Ms. Rozan Kuryyim, a graduate teaching assistant at the ELI, University of Jeddah, delivered the session emphasizing learning through online mediums. Furthermore, she discussed about things to unlearn about virtual teaching, setting the overall classroom mood, how to enliven the virtual classes. She also gave an insight of online tools to be used to enhance the teaching and larning process. At the end of the session, participants raised some doubts to the speaker concerning the topic of the ssession. Overall, the session was very beneficial and a total of 323 faculty members attended the session.
