Human Resources department is one of the most important sections in the college. It is a series of decisions related to the functional relationships affecting the effectiveness of the college and personnel. Human Resources Management is the process of planning, organizing, directing and controlling aspects related to individuals and developing, compensating, and preserving them for the purpose of achieving the goals of the college.

The Human Resource Sections faculty supports the academic learning excellence through cooperating and coordinating with various public and private agencies to attract highly qualified local and foreign workforce. It provides a stable staff process environment by providing excellent services and by encouraging creativity, innovation teamwork.
