Learning the New Normal way

The Staff Development Committee (SDC) of the Business Studies Department and ELC organized a webinar titled “Learning the New Normal way” on Thursday, 3rd March 2022 from 10.00 a.m to 12.00 p.m, conducted through MS Teams. The webinar staterd with a welcoming address by Dr. Tamilselvan. Then, the speaker, Dr.Fitzgerald C. Kintanar from Philiphines, explained different aspects on the topic, including the basic strategies to be followed in the class, faculty challenges, startegic teaching in synchronous sessions, how to engage students in digital learning, student engagement techniques, online platform tools and how to create a suitable environment for learning. The resource person provided  greater insights about teaching startegies and nearly 185 faculty members across the world attended the webinar. At the end of the webinar, the speaker clarified some doubts and enquiries raised by the participants.
