Community Service Training Program on Flexible & Agile Leadership

Dr. Muhammad Faisal Aziz, lecturer CEBA-Ibri, conducted a training session on "Flexible and Agile Leadership" for the senior-level employees of the Ministry of Health, Ibri, Oman. The session, held in December 2023 provided important insights into agile leadership principles, emphasizing adaptability, innovation, and resilience crucial for navigating the evolving landscape of the healthcare sector. Through interactive discussions and practical exercises, participants learned practical strategies to enhance their leadership effectiveness and drive organizational agility.
