On-Job Training (OJT) Awareness Session

On 5th October 2023, the Staff Development Committee organized an awareness program on "On-Job Training (OJT) Awareness Session" in Multi-Purpose Hall (B102) from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM.
The program aimed to create awareness about the eligibility criteria and the roles of the student, the department of OJT committee, the college assessor and the advisor in the OJT program. Dr. Manikandan Subramaniyan, the OJT and Industrial Link Committee Coordinator and Lecturer of the Engineering Department, delivered the program.
During the program, he explained the eligibility criteria for students and the new system in the portal to be updated by the industrial supervisor, college assessor and the advisor. He demonstrated the usage of OJT web portal to all the faculties. The staff members found the presentation informative, engaging and they actively participated in the Q&A session at the end of the program. Overall, the "On-Job Training (OJT) Awareness Session" was informative and helpful for the participants in understanding the OJT program's eligibility criteria and the roles of different stakeholders. The Staff Development Committee deserves recognition for organizing a useful and insightful program.
