Report on DE Lorenzo E-Learning Training Program
On February 29, 2024, the Staff Development Committee of the Department of Engineering and Technology organized a webinar titled “DE Lorenzo E-Learning Training Program” via MS-Teams from 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm. The program featured Mr. Eduardo Ramada, a representative from DE Lorenzo, Italy, as the Resource Person.
The webinar was specifically tailored for the faculty members of the Electrical Engineering section. A total of 15 faculty members actively participated in the session. Additionally, notable attendees included Eng. Domenico Simeone, the Area Manager of Delorenzo, and Mr. Vineesh Mathew, the Sales Manager of Qbit service LLC.
Mr. Eduardo Ramada commenced the seminar by providing insights into the DE Lorenzo E-Learning platform. He conducted software training sessions focusing on various aspects of the platform, including its functionalities and applications within the realm of electrical engineering.
During his presentation, Mr. Ramada emphasized several key topics, including:

3. Supervisory System (SCADA)

8. Creating a conducive "Free" Environment for learning and experimentation.
