The Engineering Department held its orientation programme for all On-the-Job Training (OJT) students on Wednesday,

September 26 at 10.00am, in the Multi-Purpose Hall.

There are several OJT students for this semester but because most of these students no longer need to come to the college to attend classes, only a few were able to attend.  Some are already well into their jobs and duties in the companies they work for in places other than Ibri.

All students who cannot or will not proceed to the next level are sent for OJT to complete their studies to earn their diploma or degree.  It aims to give students an actual experience on holding a job and doing tasks that is hoped to be related to their courses.

Mr Mohammed Tahir, OJT Coordinator of the IbriCT Engineering Department, spoke about the importance of complying with all the requirements in order to be issued with a Certificate of Completion, thereby giving them clearance in this aspect for graduation.
