Mediation and Moderation Analysis

The Staff Development Committee (SDC) of the Business Studies Department organized a presenation on "Mediation and Moderation Analysis" on Thursday, 17th November 2022 from 10.00 p.m to 11.00 a.m at "A214B". The welcome address was given by Dr.Muhammed fasial. The presentation continued with Dr.Tamilselvan, Lecturer, UTAS-Ibri, the presenter started the session by highlighting the basic concepts about mediation and moderation analysis in research. He did an activity about “Assessing the mediating role of residents’ perceptions toward tourism development” for the faculty members to develop a conceptual framework using the given variables such as Independent and Dependent. The staff members were actively involved and completed the task given. All participants received noteworthy session and benefited to all. At the end of the session, some faculty members raised their concerns to the presenter for further clarification. A total of 13 faculty members attended the session. The vote of thanks was given by Dr Surendar Vadeppalli, HOS,Accounting, Business studies department.
