Felicitating Top Achievers in the ELC for Semester 1, 2017-2018

The English Language Center awarded the top scorers from the Foundation and the Post Foundation programs for Semester 1, on January 16, 2018 in its first award ceremony. The ceremony was held in the VIP room at 12:pm. Shaikh Abdul Aziz Al Bulushi was the chief guest.
High achievers from Levels 1, 2, 3, 4, Technical Writing I, Technical Writing II, Technical Communication and Public Speaking were awarded certificates and presents. Students who took part in National Day celebrations were also recognized.
Hajar Al Shukeili, Sara Al Shukeili, and Ibtisam Al Hatmi represented the Ibri College of Technology at the Environmental Society of Oman in a Public Speaking Competition in Muscat and Dubai and their Mentor Ms. Fazilat Jahan were given certificates. Employees of the month for Mr. Andries Oberholzer (October), Mr. Peter Hurst (November) and Ms. Budour Al Hinai (December) were also presented with certificates.
The Honoring Certificate for the Valuable contribution as ELC Web Designer was given to Miaad Saif Mohammed Al-Farsi.
Dr. Sultan Al Ghafri (Acting HoC, ELC) congratulated all the awardees and wished them all the best for future.
