The Professional Development Committee in coordination with the E-Learning Committee, ELC organized a training workshop on" Using Smart board in the Classroom for ELT" on the 25th January 2018 in Free Access Lab (Engineering Building) Mr. Mahmood Al Hosni (Acting Director for Teaching and Learning Technologies at Modern College- Muscat) conducted the training.
It aimed at promoting the use of smart boards effectively in ELT classes with real utilization of the existing applications and hardware provided by the college. Mr. Mahmood covered the basics of planning of using smart boards and demo the use of applications. The training was open for all teachers of ELC to join, learn, and share the knowledge with the teachers of other departments in the college.
