The Project Orientation Program for Mechanical and Industrial Engineering (ME) Students of Ibri College of Technology was on September 18, 2017 (Monday), 11:00 am, at the Multi-Purpose Hall with 88 Diploma and Advanced Diploma students in attendance.
Dr. Elangovan, Head of the ME Section (HOS), and Dr. Raj. Thirumavalavan briefed the students, currently registered in Project courses on the new regulations and procedures pertaining to the project proposal process and student assessment and evaluation as approved by the Student Project Policy Department Committee.
The projects that the students will do this semester should only be the ones that were proposed by members of the ME Section staff and approved by the Committee in the previous semester. If students prefer making a different project other than those that were approved, they will be required to present the proposal to the Committee for review and approval before they can pursue it.
