Awareness Program on Preventive Maintenance in Electrical Labs

The Risk Management Committee of the Engineering Department organized a program on PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE IN ELECTRICAL LABS Dec 24, 2017 from 1.30pm to 2.30pm.
Mr SRILLA JAYASANKAR, Instructor, Electrical and Electronics, conducted the program.
This awareness program focused on the importance of Preventive Maintenance procedures to be followed in the labs to prevent the sudden breakdown of equipment and which can extend the life of the equipment in Electrical Labs.
The speaker also explained about Preventive Maintenance scheduling procedures that are followed in our department and improvement suggestions were shared among participants. The speaker also introduced new sample Preventive Maintenance Templates for scheduling the maintenance through the web portal.
This program was well received by the staff and highly beneficial to the participants.
