The Staff Development Committee of Educational Technology Centre organized a seminar on “Basic Photocopy Machine Troubleshooting” last November 16, 2017 at the IT Hardware Laboratory.
The said seminar aims to provide additional knowledge among the ETC staff on how to handle photocopy machine problems.
Mr. Wiled Lacsamana and Mr. Ivan Bacwaden of ETC-ESS Production Support Team shared their expertise on the basics of photocopy parts and how photocopy machine works. They also explained the common issues of the machine, where these issues often occur and how to resolve technical problem that may arise. Furthermore, various actual photocopy machine parts were utilized for demonstration to the participants.
The participants raised questions during the free discussion of the said event.
