The Entrepreneurship Committee and College OJT committee organized the Exhibition on the eve of National Day of Oman Celebrations in Reception area in our college on 21st November 2017. It started at 09.00 a.m. and finished at 02.30 p.m. It was inaugurated by Mr. Ahmed Abdullah Nasser AlMarshoodi, Security officer in British Petroleum (BP),Sultanate of Oman in the presence of College Dean - Dr. Said Masoud Kashoob, Assistant Dean for Academic Affairs - Mr.Younus Al Zaabi , College authorities, Teachers and Students.
About 10 Student entrepreneurs enthralled the gathering with their creative exhibits. The entrepreneurs displayed their brand products and services in a creative way to convey their message across and get market from the audience.
The entrepreneurs were from different trading organisations like Reffan Sweets, Alfaris trading, ios Store, Shatha Al Anaqah, Diamond trading, Moosa Al-Alawi Travel & Tourism, Elite shop, Horizon painter and Almasa student company. The event was wonderfully organised and it provided an opportunity to inculcate the entrepreneurial culture among the other students to start and move ahead in their business.
The teachers and other staff members visited the exhibition in a way to encourage and support this mega event. The event was successfully conducted and as such,on behalf of Entrepreneurship Committee, I am thankful to the College Management, Head of Business Studies Department and OJT college coordinator Mr.Zaid Al-Badi and faculty members for their cooperation and support.
