On the job training is an important activity in the academic life of every student pursuing, his/her post foundation studies at IbriCT.
Its orientation programme was conducted for the Business Studies, Information Technology and Engineering students on 21 November 2017, from 09.00am to 11.00am in the lecture theatre in the Engineering building.
The speaker, Mr. Ali Al-Alawi, College OJT Coordinator, briefed the students about OJT procedures, eligibility, training duration, training etiquette, and other formalities.
It was an interactive session at the end of which the speaker clarified students’ doubts regarding how to choose an organization for OJT, the job opportunities after OJT etc.
The students thoroughly enjoyed the session and got a good understanding on significance of OJT in their academic pursuit.
The Dean of the college Dr. Said Masoud Kashoob, and heads of the concerned departments graced the event with their presence.
