BSD Conducts Open House Discussion on Research and Consultancy Activities & Support

The Business Studies Department in collaboration with Research and Consultancy Committee organized an open house discussion to promote research and consultancy activities among the staff members last February 9, 2017 from 11 am to 12 nn at the VIP room, Ibri College of Technology.
The event aims to create a conducive environment to foster R & C activities in the department. Moreover, it presented a wide publication to encourage participants from other departments as well. The program covered four major areas of discussion namely: The Research Council (TRC), Collaboration with Industries and Universities, Collaboration with Chamber of Commerce and other Government Bodies, Individual Effort and College Support.
A brief overview by representatives from various groups in their respective areas kicked off the event. The participants interacted within their groups and developed the content for SWOT analysis related to the aforesaid four major areas.
The nominated representatives from the groups presented the findings and suggestions. Furthermore, they answered the queries raised by the audience. The analysis team summarized the key findings and suggestions emerged from the open house discussion and submitted the report to the Head of Business Studies Department.
Dr. Ansarul Haque hosted the event and thanked all the participants in behalf of the committee.
